Fickel Farm is a new townhome and duplex community by TruMark Homes near Old Town Berthoud, south of Mountain Avenue at Pyramid Peak Street. TruMark plans modern townhomes and paired homes of about 1,290 to 1,631 square feet with open layouts, contemporary design and attached 2-car garages. The 14.5-acre filing approved by the town covers about 105 townhome lots and 50 paired-home lots, with a pocket park and a regional trail connection. Residents will be close to downtown Berthoud's shops and restaurants, Pioneer Park, Fickel Park, Waggener Farm Park and Berthoud Reservoir, with easy access to Highway 287 and I-25. It's in Thompson School District.
About the Community
Fickel Farm is coming soon. TruMark acquired the land in early 2026 and says sales will start in 2027, with no pricing released yet. Earlier phases of the Fickel Farm neighborhood were built by other builders, so expect to see established homes next to the new TruMark section.
