Morning Song is a limited collection of luxury paired homes inside Harmony Club, the golf course community just east of Timnath along Harmony Road, a short drive from I-25, Old Town Fort Collins and Windsor. Stonefield Homes designs and builds ranch and two-story paired homes here, all with finished basements, typically 3 bedrooms and about 2,800 to 3,800 finished square feet, with chef's kitchens, custom cabinetry and private outdoor spaces. Some homes back to the golf course and greenbelt. Harmony Club residents can access championship golf, a resort-style pool, a fitness center, tennis, pickleball, dining and miles of trails, with club memberships offered separately.
